At Stübben, we are committed to providing high-quality equestrian equipment and offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that customized items and used safety equipment may be subject to specific return restrictions to ensure rider safety.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original Stübben packaging, ensuring all tags and protective covers are intact to avoid damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master saddlers inspect the returned gear for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
